I Do Realize That Its the Busy Season

And probably every one of your patients has the croup, or whatever it is we have that involves coughing and hacking and all kinds of unpleasantness. But, if you say you're going to call in a prescription, and to check the pharmacy after 3, and your office closes at 12:30.....I do expect the prescription to be there after 3. What I don't expect to is to be told that you never called. That makes me very grouchy, which, in turn, makes me cough more. Do you see the problem? Maybe its time for a new doctor.....
