So, I was talking with a visiting student and she was explaining a few of the exam procedures at her other school. Two were especially shocking:

paying for bluebooks. They were only .10/book but still! It's like......paying for pain. I know some people like to do that, but come on!

paying for laptop exam software. What?! Seriously. It was $10!
