Now its just freaky

The third downtown explosion since New Year's Eve happened today. This time, there were some minor injuries and damage to a few buildings. Conventional wisdom says its the weather that is causing this (rain, freeze, thaw, repeat.) I don't know WHAT it is, but its freaky. The underground transformers in the area must have all been installed around the same time or something for them to all be blowing their stacks around the same time. Once again, I believe the library escaped harm. Of course, we have our own problem with a disintegrating roof. I wish everyone involved today a speedy recovery, businesses included.
