Over at Inside the White Sox, there is a great post about how the routine that the five starting pitchers go through, what they do between starts, and the differences between them. Even if you're not a baseball fanatic (and I'm assuming that is most, if not all, of you) I think you'll still find it interesting. Or, you know, maybe not.
