The US holds people who may, or may not, be terrorists for years on end with....no charges, no access to lawyers, and no end in sight and Mike Pence, in all his fucked up wisdom, accuses Amnesty Internation of putting American soliders lives in danger by calling Gitmo a "gulag."

I'm thinking that holding people in prison for 3+ years and then letting them go and sending them home might be endangering people's lives as well. Is it me? I mean, if you're a terrorist, should we be sending you right back out there to get it all started again? If you're not a terrorist, why were we holding you for 3 years? Either way, might be pissed off as the US?
